at Putrajaya , 13 Dec 2016

From 13 to 15 December 2016, University Malaysia of Computer Science and Engineering sent 1 Student Representative Council (SRC) member, Muhammad Azrul Ikhwan bin Zulkifli to the SRC Convention 2016. This convention was held at Management and Science University (MSU), Shah Alam for 3 days and officiated by Yang Berhormat Datuk Dr. Mary Yap Kain Ching, Deputy Minister of Higher Education.

The aim of this convention is to develop the social entrepreneur among the participants. Their main focus is at the disaster area. They will create ready-made business framework that can run at the disaster place and also assist the community to restore their place. They also must create a continuity and sustainable framework for a long term usage. Each group has to present their solution on the second day of the convention.

In short, the convention achieved their main objective because at the end, the participants managed to create their own ready-made businesses framework. It’s also a great platform for SRC to expand their networking with other SRC from other universities in Malaysia.
